Truth
What is truth? When Jesus was before Pilate, he was asked this question. The truth is always painful to accept but when it is well accepted it heals.
Truth is said to be a bitter pill. Many times we are afraid to tell the truth to our friends for fear that we will lose them. But hiding the truth from them will not build them, it will rather destroy them. Being authentic friends, we must help each other with the truth.
Sometimes the truth are best withheld so as to bring peace but we must find the appropriate moment to say it.
